Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 26, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brospestcontrol.com and any related website, telephone, email, form, content, or service operated by BROS, doing business as Bro’s Pest Control (“Bro’s Pest Control,” “Bro’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting a service request, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit personal information.
1. About Bro’s Pest Control
Bro’s Pest Control is a pest control connection and referral resource. We help homeowners and businesses request contact from independent pest-control professionals or referral partners that may serve their area.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bro’s Pest Control:
- Does not perform pest inspections or treatments;
- Does not directly employ the independent providers contacted through the website;
- Does not maintain a staffed pest-control office in every city listed;
- Does not control a provider’s pricing, scheduling, products, methods, contracts, warranties, or work;
- Does not guarantee that a provider will be available; and
- Is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and an independent provider.
A page identifying a city or service area means users may request assistance in that area. It does not represent a physical Bro’s office, directly employed technician, or guaranteed service coverage in that location.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to submit a service request.
If you submit a request on behalf of another person, business, property owner, tenant, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Service Requests
When submitting a request, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and reasonably complete.
A service request may include:
- Your name and contact information;
- The property or service location;
- The type of property;
- The suspected pest;
- A description of the problem;
- Photographs or supporting information; and
- Your preferred method of contact.
Submitting a request does not guarantee:
- That an available provider will be located;
- That a provider will respond;
- Same-day or emergency service;
- A free inspection or estimate;
- A particular price;
- Successful treatment;
- A warranty;
- A specific treatment method; or
- Service within a particular time.
You may decline an estimate or decide not to hire a provider.
4. Sharing Requests With Independent Providers
To help respond to your request, Bro’s may disclose the information you submit to one or more independent pest-control companies, referral partners, or lead-distribution partners that may serve your area.
Those businesses may contact you directly. Information they receive and collect is also subject to their own privacy policies and business practices.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
5. Independent Service Providers
Service providers contacted through Bro’s operate independently. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Bro’s unless expressly stated in writing.
Each provider is responsible for its own:
- Licensing and certifications;
- Insurance and bonding;
- Inspections and pest identification;
- Estimates and pricing;
- Treatment recommendations;
- Products, chemicals, traps, and equipment;
- Preparation and safety instructions;
- Scheduling and communication;
- Employees and subcontractors;
- Contracts and payment terms;
- Property access and work performance;
- Warranties and retreatment policies;
- Cleanup and repairs; and
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Bro’s does not direct or supervise a provider’s work. Any agreement for inspection, treatment, removal, repair, exclusion, cleanup, monitoring, or recurring service is between you and the provider you choose.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Before hiring a provider, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
- The provider’s identity and business information;
- Applicable licensing, registration, insurance, and bonding;
- The pest identified;
- The proposed scope of work;
- Products and treatment methods;
- Preparation and reentry requirements;
- Risks involving people, pets, plants, food, or belongings;
- Price and payment schedule;
- Number of visits;
- Cancellation terms;
- Warranty or retreatment coverage; and
- The person or company responsible for repairs and cleanup.
Licensing and insurance requirements vary by jurisdiction and service. You should verify credentials with the appropriate state or local agency when applicable.
Do not authorize work until you understand and accept the provider’s written terms.
7. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments
Bro’s does not guarantee that estimates or inspections will be free. Policies vary by provider.
Prices depend on factors such as the pest, infestation severity, property size, access, treatment method, number of visits, monitoring, repairs, exclusion work, cleanup, and warranty coverage.
Unless Bro’s expressly states otherwise in writing:
- Providers determine their own prices;
- Providers collect payment directly;
- Bro’s does not process or hold customer payments for pest-control work;
- Bro’s does not issue provider refunds; and
- Billing disputes must be addressed with the provider that charged you.
You should obtain a written estimate and confirm what is and is not included before authorizing service.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Pest activity and treatment results vary according to the pest, property, environment, infestation, preparation, sanitation, structural conditions, weather, and other factors.
Bro’s does not guarantee:
- Complete elimination of any pest;
- Permanent prevention of future activity;
- A provider’s diagnosis or treatment recommendation;
- A particular outcome;
- That one visit will resolve the problem; or
- That a provider will honor a representation not made by Bro’s.
Any service guarantee or warranty must come directly from the provider in writing.
9. Safety and Emergencies
Bro’s Pest Control is not an emergency-response service.
Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when someone is experiencing difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, fainting, poisoning symptoms, a severe reaction after a sting, or another immediate medical emergency.
Contact the appropriate public authority for an immediate threat involving fire, damaged electrical equipment, a dangerous animal, structural instability, or another urgent hazard.
Do not:
- Disturb an active bee, wasp, or hornet nest;
- Approach or handle an aggressive or unidentified animal;
- Enter an unsafe attic, crawl space, roof, or contaminated area;
- Handle droppings, carcasses, chemicals, or nesting material without appropriate precautions; or
- Apply a pesticide contrary to its label.
Website information is not a substitute for emergency, medical, veterinary, poison-control, wildlife-agency, or public-health advice.
10. Website Information
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It may describe common pests, warning signs, treatment considerations, estimated price factors, prevention measures, service areas, and questions to ask providers.
The content is not:
- A professional pest inspection;
- A confirmed pest identification;
- A treatment recommendation for a specific property;
- Medical or veterinary advice;
- Legal or regulatory advice;
- A safety guarantee; or
- A binding estimate or service offer.
Pest species, regulations, treatment methods, prices, and availability vary by location and may change. Although we try to provide useful information, we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, or error-free.
11. Photographs and Pest Identification
You may be able to submit photographs with a service request. A photograph may help a provider understand the issue, but it may not be sufficient to identify a pest, determine the extent of an infestation, or recommend treatment.
Do not place yourself or others in danger to capture a photograph or collect a specimen.
12. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
When you provide contact information, Bro’s, an independent provider, or a referral partner may contact you concerning your request, subject to applicable law and the consent language presented when you submit the request.
Where legally permitted and where any required consent has been obtained, communications may include calls or text messages made using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing pest-control services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may ask Bro’s to stop sending text messages by replying STOP or contacting us at brosleads2017@gmail.com. An opt-out submitted to Bro’s may not apply to an independent business that already received your information. You may need to contact that business separately.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized requests;
- Impersonate another person or business;
- Submit information about another person without authority;
- Use the website to harass providers or other users;
- Attempt to bypass website security;
- Introduce malware or harmful code;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information through unauthorized automated means;
- Interfere with website operation;
- Use website content to create a competing directory or lead database;
- Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s name, branding, written content, page design, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Bro’s and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and materials belong to their respective owners.
15. User-Submitted Content
If you submit text, photographs, feedback, or other content, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not violate another person’s rights;
- It is not knowingly false, unlawful, or harmful; and
- Its submission does not violate an agreement or legal duty.
You grant Bro’s a nonexclusive license to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to process your request, operate the website, maintain records, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may link to independent providers, government agencies, social networks, advertisers, directories, or other third-party websites.
Bro’s does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, availability, products, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, referral functions, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Bro’s disclaims warranties that the website or referral service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bro’s and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Website use or inability to use the website;
- Reliance on website content;
- A provider’s acts, omissions, advice, products, or services;
- Property damage, pest activity, treatment results, delays, or disputes;
- Unauthorized access to information; or
- Third-party websites or communications.
Bro’s is not responsible for disputes between customers and independent providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bro’s and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or prohibited use of the website;
- Information or content you submit;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Bro’s for Bro’s own unlawful conduct or for liability that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
20. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict concerning personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls.
21. Changes to the Website or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of CALIFORNIA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Bro’s agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written description of the issue and requested resolution to the contact information below.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible or from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Any mandatory venue provision should be added only after review by a qualified attorney.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Bro’s concerning use of the website and referral service.
A separate written agreement between you and an independent provider is not part of these Terms and does not bind Bro’s.
